Ayla – Jordan
Design, Turn-Key Project, & Managed Services
The expansive Ayla community spans 17 kilometers of newly created waterfront, extending from 235 meters of seafront. Upon completion, this development will encompass 4,300,000 m² of residential and commercial space.
Tawasol has been involved from the early stages, starting with the development of the Return on Investment (RoI) analysis, through to the full design and turn-key implementation of the project.
The unified infrastructure includes a comprehensive fiber network, GPON access network, unified data center, Network Operations Center (NOC), and service provisioning.
Our IP services include, but are not limited to, telephony, broadband access, IPTV, Video on Demand (VoD), access control, intercom, public WiFi, security, a hyper-converged server farm, and private mobile radio (PMR).
We utilize advanced tools such as a ticketing system, knowledge database, and dispatch management to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
Al Bustan – KSA

Al-Bustan Village is a vibrant, new gated neighborhood where residents enjoy world-class services, including educational institutions, a recreation center, and a commercial area with diverse leisure activities—everything needed to live, work, and play in style.
Tawasol's role encompassed the supply and implementation of a turn-key GPON FTTH (Fiber to the Home) network, a unified data center with a Network Operation Center (NOC), billing systems, and service provisioning.
Our IP services include, but are not limited to, IP-Centrex telephony, broadband internet access, public WiFi, IPTV, Video on Demand (VoD), surveillance, utilities metering (water, electric, gas, and BTU), road barriers, and more.

Tawasol's scope included supplying and implementing the FTTR (Fiber to the Room) network and providing a comprehensive triple-play solution integrated with the PMS system for seamless billing and provisioning.
