Description
The course describes the EDA Hotel and Campus solution and it provides the participants with skills necessary to install and test ECN320 and EDN312 using the console interface and CLI commands. The course also enables the participants to create line configurations and service configurations using CLI commands or scripts. Furthermore, the course enables the participants to use the ECN320 web interface to test ADSL lines and to connect to an ISP.

− Describe EDA Hotel and Campus deployments
− Describe the EDN312 IP DSLAM
− Describe the ECN320 controller
− Describe service selection and QoS
• Install and configure an EAN
− Install and configure the ECN320
− Load and upgrade ECN320 and EDN312 software
− Verify an EAN installation using the ECN320 web interface
• Create line and service configurations
− Describe key ADSL configuration parameters
− Create line configurations
− Describe key ATM configuration parameters
− Create service configurations
Target audience
The target audience for this course is customers who need to create end user line configurations and service configurations. Typical target audience would be operating and maintenance personnel, network or system administration personnel.
Prerequisites
Successful completion of the following course Recommended not mandatory
IP Basic, LZU 103 1140 and test EEPT-00001, or equivalent qualifications.

The course is based on theoretical and practical instructor-led lessons given in both a classroom and in technical environment using equipment and tools.
