Overview

This is an instructor led course, which covers the implementation and managing of the MX-ONETM Messaging Voice Mail and Unified Messaging. Students will learn: Complete installation and Turnkey installation, configuration of mailboxes, auto attendant, Unified Messaging and various features. The course also includes comprehensive lab exercises.

 

Target audience

The target audience of this course is mainly service technicians who are responsible of the installation, configuration and maintenance of the MXONETM Messaging Voice Mail and Unified Messaging systems. This training is also intended where extensive technical understanding is required for pre-sales personal, etc.

 

Prerequisites

Knowledge of:

• MD110 configuration
