The purpose of this course is, as a port of many courses, to prepare our sales and service organization for the handling of the MX-ONE TSW) sales, configuration, implementation, maintenance, and support.

This is a new product. It is built on the MD110 BC12 I&M Basic Install 2 course.

 

Target audience

 

Ericsson Enterprise support organization. Experienced Support Staff who has been attending the Basic Level 1 course.

 

Learning objectives

 

Main learning objectives

The students shall – after the course – have the skills and knowledge, with the aid of the Implementation and Managing binder, to be able to install and modify the configuration of both HW and SW, focusing on Mobility, IP-extension and Fault Location, of a one node system and 1-2 LIM system without a group switch.

Learning situation

 

This course is an instructor-led course with a mixture of theoretical sessions and practical exercises.

The course is developed for 6-8 students at the same time with a maximum of two persons per workstation (PC and PBX).
