Telecom Systems & Applications.  TAWASOL started as an Ericsson Premium Partner & Master Distributor for Ericsson Enterprise in the MENA region in 2002. During that time TAWASOL introduced Ericsson enterprise solutions throughout the MENA region. It has successfully managed to increase Ericsson market share in the Telecom and application sectors. Later in 2008, Aastra acquired Ericsson Enterprise products, and TAWASOL became Aastra Premium Partner continuing its success in the region. The portfolio in this business line spread from PBX systems for the SME market such as the Business Phone,  and IP based MX-ONE system to the large enterprise. The portfolio includes a strong offering of telecom applications from Unified Messaging to the World class successful Solidus eCare contact center solution, offered in integration with customers’ own systems and application, and with the world leading Work Force Management System CCC from Teleopti. The portfolio also includes special offering for hospitality market that includes not only telephone system, but also multi-play solutions that includes IPTV solution from EONA, and internet access solutions. This could be enabled the a DSLAM access network powered by Ericsson’s EDA.

Transmission Systems. TAWASOL further developed its portfolio to include both active and passive components of transmission systems mostly from ERICSSON that includes Microwave System, and Fiber Transmission system, plus the world most advanced Fiber Cabling Systems Micronet and Ribbonet from Ericsson.

Broadband Solutions. Tawasol latest addition to its portfolio is the broadband Solutions which addresses the growing FTTH and FTTx markets. Tawasol offers a complete Solution that starts from the passive Fiber or copper cabling, management and automated self service provisioning. The Broadband Multi-Play Solutions allow the network owner not only to provide the mandatory Triple-Play services (voice-internet-video), but also allow it to extend its offering to unlimited number of services including gamming, security surveillance, and much more. Tawasol partnered with  the World leader in Broadband Packetfront which offers the most advanced open access broadband network on the market.  Tawasol total offering includes IPTV solutions from the award winning interactive IPTV from Industria, and the most deployed voice system in the World, the Aastra MX-ONE. The solution includes many other components of a triple play network ensure the full solution is fully integrated and has a seamless integrated billing system.

Terminals & CPE Devices. This includes a wide range of telephones, IP terminals, GSM & 3G FWT (fixed wireless terminals), DSLAM CPEs (customer primes equipment) , and FTTH DRG (digital residential gateway)  also called FTTx-CPE devices.

Professional Services.  As a System Integrator, TAWASOL  has developed a strong arm of professional services and system integration for Contact Centers, Hospitality applications, and Triple-Play solutions.  It is our core thinking to offer our partners and their customers complete & integrated turn-key solutions, that make our people, competence, and system integration abilities the key differentiator in everything we offer.
